"It was a pleasure meeting everyone in the office today beginning with the receptionist's teams of young people. Every one was very professional with nice attitudes. Afterwards, I was assigned with Micheal, the dental assistant. He was very pleasant and he explained everything from the X-rays to everything thing that’s needed for me to start having healthy teeth. I met with Dr. Chen who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, he answered all of my concerns and what they can do for me to start having healthy gums and teeth. "Today I took my two little ones here for a routine cleaning and screening. Only reason for the 2-stars is because the first visit the Dentist and hygienist were Awesome. Before booking any appointment, I make it very clear that my daughter has Autism. I do this to ensure that they have experience and patience with Autistic kids. In today's visit they were met with a different dentist from their first visit. My daughter did amazing during x-rays( I was super surprised) After the x-rays she got a little fussy and within 1 min he literally stated I will send her some where else. He didn't even try. If you don't have the patience why even accept kids. I immediately ask what that means and requested if he is sending her somewhere else send my son. PLEASE if you don't have patience and really enjoy what you do . Find something you like."
"Besides being convenient on a Saturday morning. Everyone was very nice and my visit went very well. They made me very comfortable and relaxed before the dentist started working on me, and I had a lot done. My tolerance for pain is very high, but Dr Nguyen was awesome. I will definitely be returning."
"I was not a patient but my mother was. We were very pleased with the dentist and staff. My mother scheduled an emergency visit and was seen within the hour. The prices are reasonable. I appreciate the kindness and compassion everyone had for my mom. We will be returning for her extraction after she is done with antibiotics."
