"Had my scheduled wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Tran who was great. I was out quick with the IV sedation he used. However, front desk coordination could be better. I had a question during my appointment confirmation phone call and was told that they left a note for Margaret to call me back and address. The day goes by and nothing. My appointment was for the next morning at 11:15 am and I called twice before as I never got a callback and my request to talk to her was pushed off again as she was “busy with patients” which is understandable. When I brought it up at the front desk, she rolled her eyes and didn’t give a clear answer. This was an unpleasant and disappointing encounter as I did not anticipate this reflection of the front desk staff."
