"1/10 = RIPOFF that changes prices depending on customer's pocket. They will lure you in with sweet talk, and then drive prices up once you start relying on them to do what is fair. I was recommended this place by a colleague; however I found this establishment to be predatory and unprofessional. I came here to get a bumper fixed on my 2007 Toyota(There were some dents and scratches, but the bumper was totally intact) with already quotes received from a few places for around $300-$350 (bumper fix and repaint). I was advised to replace the bumper all together for slightly extra $425 as this would be a totally professional job, with new brackets and look brand new. We shook hands and I requested to keep costs to around $425. The job took an extra day, I didn't mind. On the day of the replacement, I call and I am told bumper is ready. I reach the shop, and I am provided a bill for $550. The bumper we found was expensive, hence the costs went up. I was in store for 2 days consecutively prior and seemingly they ignored to tell me this all along. No where, even on the morning call, was the added costs quoted. KEEP AWAY from this money trap, where you would be over charged for simple service requirements."
