"Caliber took three weeks to replace the bumper on my Jeep. (That's a 4 hour job at max) That means I had to rent a car for three weeks so they could keep my car in their shop waiting on the part to come in. How about order the parts and bring my vehicle into the shop when it's time to complete the repair? People were nice, repair was done well but the cost and hassle of keeping my vehicle for three weeks means I'll never go back."

"It took WAY too long the first time I took it in. A repair that should have taken 2 weeks max took them over a month. To add to that, I had to take it back to them 4 times because they didn’t connect all of the wires so some things on my car were not working. Had to take it back again recently because the shock on the side I was hit on was bad, and they neglected to replace it on the original repair. They also “repaired” a wheel that was damaged in the collision. They didn’t repair it, but just painted over the scratches on the rim (it is still slightly bent). It wasn’t even the right color, either. They also had to replace the tire, but I guess they forgot to balance it because I had to take it to another tire shop to get balanced after it vibrated pretty violently on the freeway. Fortunately, they covered the additional repairs that were needed at no additional cost to me and their customer service is pretty good. They were friendly and professional when we spoke. These are the only reasons I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2. To be honest, I would not use them again because of their work quality."
