"When I whent there they game me something to num my mouth and then a few minutes later it didt kick in I can still feel it they star drilling in my mouth I said I can feel they a me more naming thing and they didt wait they keep drilling and then when u when home I mouth was num for on hour it took like 2 to 3 hours for the dentist and i can no eat bescuse I'm whole mouth is num so if something to cold or to hot I don't now or if I bite I'm mouth I'm tongue just a really bad experience"

"I’ve had the most amazing and memorable experience at Apple Dentist on 05/26/2023! From the moment I walked into the facility, I was promptly greeted by a very friendly and courteous receptionist. At my first visit, I had an emergency with my dental need and was hoping to be seen as a walk in patient, but unfortunately for the type of service I needed, they were not able to accommodate me since I was there at around 4:30 pm and the dentist who can help me with my issue was already gone for the day. So the friendly receptionist promptly offered an appointment the next day to accommodate my situation, which I gladly accepted! (God bless her for her helpfulness!). At my appointment on 5/26/2023, I was again greeted promptly by another friendly and courteous receptionist! I was worked on by a very sweet and down to earth dentist, Dr. Ho! He was an amazing dentist who took the time to calm my fear of pain!!! With his 25 years of experience, Dr. Ho was a true expert regarding his specialty and not to mention his compassion for my fear of pain!! He had a great sense of humor and really took the time to make me feel at ease before he began to work on me!!! I’ve had a really bad experience when I was younger with a very rough dentist and had been traumatized ever since. This time however, I was blessed with Dr. Ho and he had made such an impression on me and I never felt the pain at all, I didn’t even know he was done with me, that’s how completely comfortable I was while Dr. Ho was treating me!! Thank you so much Dr. Ho and the amazing staff at Apple Dentist located on Bellaire and Kirkwood! You all have made my experience so pleasant and memorable, I think my fear of going to the dentist has diminished dramatically since my encounter with Dr. Ho ! I highly recommend this wonderful and lovable dentist to anyone out there who shares my fear of dentists!!! I definitely give this facility and Dr. Ho a 5 star rating!!! God bless you all !!!"
