"I really don’t want to be mad and I do understand these people work hard. But I am disgusted by the experience I had here. I brought my car in to fix some noise issue. 1. We agreed on a price for labor with my own parts. They ended up charging me twice on little extra work (I know how much work it is). 2. I specifically asked them to confirm the parts are the root cause before doing any work and they confirmed after running a diagnosis. They put the parts on but the problem is still there. I spent $800 in total for something I don't need. 3. They rechecked it and blamed my parts saying they are defective and they told me two different things that are defective within 15 mins. thinking I'm a fool? After putting on their own parts the problem is still there. I could tell how dishonest they were when I heard they were going to send my parts back to where they got theirs. 4. They refuse to keep working on it without being able to find the problem. Nor did I get a refund. Yes I brought my own parts but they ran the diagnosis. And they didn't mention there would be no warranty on labor whatsoever."

"I have worked with just right for several years now, just about 6 years. I can assure you there are still honest shops. They won't do a job just for money and they stand behind their work. Additionally, they have very, very competitive prices. I have 4 vehicles i bring here and never had to come back for the same reason. Once and done."

"Solid experience, they allowed me to see whats wrong and took me through the shop. Waiting area has free wifi, power sockets, coffee, bathroom, and bottled water. Wait times were decent."

"after taking my truck to be checked by his manager, He said that the van had nothing serious, but the next day I went to the beach and the van did not want to work anymore. .They broke it down on purpose ... I had to sell it to the junkie. If I could, I would make a demand, but my lawyer still can't work, because of the covid 19"
