"Don't come here the receptionist are very rude they act like they are nice but aren't. They gave a call to my wife about her appointment at 5:30 we arrived at 5:10 and the doors were locked and they were saying they are closed. Why do you make a appointment at 5:30 and close early knowing there are still clients coming. People don't come here at all they will cancel your appointments and make excuses and move your appointment around week after week they aren't professional at all."

"This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! If i could give 0 STARS I WOULD! I DONT CARE HOW CHEAP THE BRACES , OR WHATEVER TREATMENT YOU NEED IS .. DO NOT GO HERE I PROMISE YOU ITS NOT WORTH IT! THEY LIE AND PROMISE YOU THINGS THEY DON’T HAVE OR CANT EVEN GIVE YOU! THEY CHANGE MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES EVERY OTHER MONTH! HALF OF THEM DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO DO TO IT. I HAD BRACES FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS BECAUSE THEY WOULD SWITCH MY ORTHODONTIST EVERY OTHER MONTH AND THEY ALL WOULD SAY DIFFERENT THINGS SO IT PROLONGED MY TREATMENT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY BRACES OFF I WAS GIVEN A CLEAR PLASTIC RETAINER FOR MY UPPER TEETH. I DIDNT GET A BOTTOM ONE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD AT THE BEGINNING OF MY TREATMENT I WOULD GET A PERMANENT RETAINER AT THE BOTTOM. THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR ME TO GET A PERMANENT RETAINER AND EVERYTHING! I GO BACK THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT TO GET MY PERMANENT RETAINER AND THEY TELL ME THEY DONT DO PERMANENT RETAINERS! SO WHY ON GODS GOOD GREEN EARTH WOULD YALL SCHEDULE ME FOR ONE ? AND NOT GIVE ME A BOTTOM RETAINER ? (AT THIS POINT IT HAD BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOTHING ON MY BOTTOM TEETH SO MY TEETH IS SHIFTING SO NOW IM MAD I. JUST HAD BRACES FOR ALMOST 3 years FOR NOTHING NOW). I ASK TO SPEAK TO TGE MANAGER AND HE TELL ME THAT HE DOESNT SEE IN MY CHART WHERE I WAS PROMISED A PERMANENT RETAINER I PROCEED TO TELL HIM WHAT THE GUY WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE PROMISED AND SAID. HE SAYS THAT THE GUY WAS FIRED FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND BLAH BLAH BLAH! THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME HE PROMISED ME SOMETHING AND I WENT THROUGH MY TREATMENT PLAN THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET THAT SO THATS WHAT I WANT OR YALL CAN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! HE THEN SAYS OKAY HE’LL LET THEM PUT ON THE PERMANENT BUT IN THE MEAN TIME THEY WAS GOING TO TAKE IMPRESSIONS FOR A PERMANENT RETAINER AND A PLASTIC BOTTOM ONE BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE A MONTH FOR THE PERMANENT TO COME IN AND THEY DIDNT WANT MY TEETH TO SHIFT ANY FUTHER! THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO! I CALLED TODAY SEPTEMBER 12TH AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN BECAUSE THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION WHEN DOING MY IMPRESSIONS AGAIN. THEY KEEP MAKING IMPRESSIONS FOR THE PLASTIC RETAINERS INSTEAD OF THE PERMANENT ONE! HE SAID THE PERMANENT ONE ONLY TAKE 2 weeks WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT TAKES A MONTH! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IM SO FRUSTRATED! IM AWAY AT SCHOOL AND CAN NOT KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH! I FEEL LIKE THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO PUT ON MY PERMANENT RETAINER BUT NEWS FLASH APPLE DENTIST WILL GIVE ME A PERMANENT RETAINER , A NEW SET OF BRACES (for the tooth yall messed up due to me not having ANYTHING for weeks) it has NOT shifted back and i wear my plastic retainers EVERYDAY ALL DAY AND NIGHT! YALL WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND YALL ALREADY BARELY STANDING! WHATEVER YALL DO PLEASE DO NOT!!!!! GO HERE"

"Horrible customer service! I had an appointment today and as I am about to pull in to the parking lot, 6 min prior to my appointment I get a call telling me that I need to reschedule because they couldn’t find my insurance and unfortunately the insurance company is closed on the weekend. I made this appointment almost a week in a half ago and provided my member ID and insurance along with having to provide my name and spell it out multiple times because the guy making my appointment couldn’t get it down. Instead of calling me days before my appointment to let me know the situation and that they couldn’t find my insurance so we could have fixed this they call me when I am already there the day of and on a weekend knowing the insurance company is closed! They said they called and left a voicemail but I’m not sure who exactly they called because I didn’t receive anything only thing I got from them was a text to confirm my appointment for the next day! Very disappointing if I could give 0 stars I would! They wasted my time I could have had another appointment lined up with someone else."

"I’m not sure who David is as far as a manager or what, but he helped me the best way that he can and was amazing since returning from years ago to finish my process.. the Ortho Dr was also pretty sweet ( not sure of his name ). Staff seems very sweet and welcoming as well the lady at the front was smiling a lot it make me feel at home. (: Once again thanks David & the staff there!"
