"The owner she is a thief, she does not care about the patient. They make you believe that your treatment will last 18-24 months. If you go over you don’t have to pay. But in reality you will go over no matter what. The owner she always there trying overcharge or looking for an opportunity to steal from patients. using excuses, we need to do cleaning, do another procedure, or extend one more year if you already at the end of your 18-24 months tratment of your braces treatment to charge again. This place is about stealing from patients with lies. But God is watching them, and I declare God will take over this place, he is more powerful and proverbs 6:30-31 specify. The reason why they keep changing doctors/ dentist in regular basis is because when dentist with morals, ethics and values find out what the owner is doing to their patients. They decide to leave and find another place to work. The owners have not ethics, values or morals. The money she earns is never enough, she has to steal with lies. If you looking for a place to do your braces or do any procedures stay away from this place. I had a terrible experience, overpaid and not happy with the outcome. I wish I would look at the reviews before I decided to do my braces treatment here. I share my experience with the purpose this place stop stealing from their patients and patients chose wisely"

"Very slow office and staff. Most of the times that I call with questions, whoever answers doesn't understand me and has to transfer me to someone else. They did a horrible job with my son's braces so we went and took him somewhere else. What was supposed to take about 2 years to correct is now taking an additional couple of years because of their mistakes. His new orthodontist said that Apple Dentist really didn't do much to help my son with his teeth. Guess you get what you pay for. We went to Apple because of their deal on braces but we should have known better. Also, I sent over a request for the medical records to be faxed over more than 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been completed. No one in the office knows anything. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dentist office that actually knows what they are doing and don't waste your time or money at this place."

"I had a very special day at your location, the staff attended my needs and provided a great service to myself. Fast service, I called scheduled an appointment for a wisdom tooth removal and deep cleaning. X-ray tech and the doctor were very friendly and professional at all times. "We have a year coming to Apple Dentist - Synott, and we have seen a tremendous progress on the braces treatment, all staff is super friendly and helpful they doctors are very knowledgeable and very gentle with the patients. Highly recommend this location. We drive 45 minutes for our monthly appointments and is well worth it."

"My children absolutely love seeing Dr. Rahimi for their braces. He is always so caring, makes them laugh and smile, and is really great about educating them about their overall oral care. Despite being very busy seeing patients he always takes the time to update me on each of their individualized treatment plans and progress making it that much more obvious how passionate he is about patient care. Dr. Rahimi has been working with both of my girls, 8 and 11 years old, who had severe open bites and jutting related to thumb sucking. Beyond cosmetic appearance he has corrected issues they had with eating and it’s really amazing to see their overall improvement and progress. In less than a year Dr. Rahimi has almost completed my 15 year old son’s treatment plan which has included perfecting his alignment while making room for veneers on his small lateral incisors and correcting his overbite and deviated midline. I’ve been through three rounds of orthodontics myself with two different providers as an adult and I didn’t receive near the quality of care that Dr. Rahimi provides. All praises and no complaints."
