My dental assistant was also good with the cleaning. I didn't feel a lot of discomfort. Will continue my dental care with them. I was treated like family!"

"DR. K IS TERRIBLE! It was my first time here because it was close to my home and had good reviews. I came in for an annual cleaning. Before I got the cleaning, Dr. K decided to discuss other things I may have needed which would’ve been expenses that my insurance didn’t cover. He definitely was trying to get me to pay $1500 for extra stuff that I did NOT come there for. I told him just do the regular cleaning. He rushed through the cleaning process and was too rough with me. Usually there should be two people in the room when you’re getting your teeth cleaned; the doctor and an assistant. There wasn’t. It was just me and the doctor. Dr.K told me he would have me hold the saliva ejector, but instead he just sat it on the side of my mouth. As he was using the air water syringe, he didn’t use the ejector to dry my mouth. He just kept spraying the water and i was spitting out water, because he didn’t try to dry it out; so i had to hurry & close my mouth so that the ejector could dry the water out of my mouth. I felt so disrespected but I was still polite! I know how teeth cleaning goes, and the way he handled my teeth was so ugly and careless. He flossed my gums so rough and it made my gums bleed a little. Also, usually a dentist would give you a care package of samples when you leave and he didn’t! He was just wrong on all levels and I’ll NEVER go to that place again. I don’t see how it has good reviews. I just know he was like this because I didn’t pay for extra services, which is so pathetic."

"Everyone was very friendly. But when it came time for the dentist to give me the cost I felt like he was talking too fast. He came up with $10,000 cost. I had visited another dentist and they didn't recommend all that he did. I am 76 and I think he was trying to take advantage of me. I talked to my son and he said it sounded the same to him. He also tried to sell me on braces. Also if I financed through them then I would get servi faster. All I can say is beware."

I travel from Dallas to Houston for my treatment which speaks for itself as far as the treatment and the comfort I’ve received here goes. Their prices are really good which is an additional bonus.
