"I recently had an amazing experience with United Car Experts. They were able to turn a very stressful situation into an easy, no stress process. I had an insurance claim to repair my car after and accident and they were extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Maven, Alex and Juanita were great in communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. The owner was very professional and willing to do whatever he could to make my experience seamless and easy. Alex was so friendly and professional and his work is exceptional. It looked like a brand new car when he was finished. It was clean and detailed...above my expectations! Juanita was amazing when dealing with the insurance company, making the process seamless and easy. They went above and beyond to help me with the rental car process. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to fix their car. If I am ever in this situation again, I would not hesitate to use United Car Experts again!"

"I had the best experience with United Car Experts. Alex and Juanita exemplify customer service!! I had a terrible situation that happened to me over the Christmas holidays and they were very understanding , accommodating and compassionate. You just don’t find that now days with big dealerships and their body shops. Juanita called me daily to let me know what was happening, alleviating the anxiety I felt with the repair of my car . That’s how I was kept in the loop! The Progressive adjuster did not call me once!! Alex even helped me when my headlight bulb went out and replaced the bulbs above my license plate , with no charge! I had no idea they were out. I am so grateful for his assistance. I hope I don’t ever experience this again but if I do , I will go back to United Car Experts ! Excellent experience !"
