"Chis woked with me on a number of repairs my car needed. He worked with my extended warranty so they were paid directly and I did not have to pay out additional dollars. The final cost came in higher than the estimate but I was not charged the difference. (The extended warranty company covered most of it.). Very professional and accommodating. Will return to them - but hopefully not soon - lol."

I was impressed even before we dropped off the car by the fact that our service advisor Ryan texted me the day before to confirm our appointment. Unfortunately we needed about $2,600 of work done, but Ryan was excellent throughout the process by providing communication throughout. They knew we needed the car back by Thursday afternoon and were able to get the work done by Thursday morning. They were transparent about the repairs and did not try to sell us on any unneeded repairs or services. Great first experience - we will now use Lucas for all the repairs on our BMW."
