"Excellent service, and trustworthy! I recently bought a used car and started to notice a few things that didn't quite sound right, so I dropped my car off to get their opinion. They were quick to troubleshoot a problem with the differential, and they took the extra step to contact Ford to check it was still under warranty. First time I've tried them but will definitely use them again."

"I had an accident in November 2024. My car was towed there since it was late in the evening. I always took my car to the dealership but they were closed. I was a skeptic and didn't think they would do a good job since the rental car they gave me the tank was on empty and car was an older car that I was familiar with and bit shaky. I now understand why I was given that car since it was the only one they have to accommodate me to get home.It. sat there for a good two weeks or so and I decided to get it fixed there. I am glad I did. They did a really good job and management and staff was keeping me up to date on the process. I told my family and friends about it. Thank you for a job well done."

"This is my 3rd time working with Sean and his expert staff. When my truck was damaged in an accident they took excellent care of me. The initial damage was significant, but upon further inspection there was more damage to be found. This additional damage was not something the insurance was wanting to take on. Sean meticulously documented this new damage, communicated this to the insurance company, and gave them no other choice but to cover this damage. I trust Lone Star Auto Service with my vehicles, and trust the service and repairs will be done right. Over the years I have used several different repair centers, but I now have a trusted resource. "So my Big Girl was damaged bad and Melissa and Francis took care of my concerns and the shop guys took care of my Big Girl! I really appreciate Melissa always answering our questions and made me feel comfortable. She even dealt with my Big name insurance company that dropped the ball well! Over all my experience was 5 stars. And I’ve put my Big Girl on the highway she drives beautiful. Thanks again."
