"I’m very disappointed! I’m a first time mom and it was supposed to be my son’s first dentist appointment. When I got there a blonde lady at the front told me I needed to call my baby’s insurance to assign him his dentist, which was fine. I proceeded to as her questions about what and why u should tell my insurance so the could assist me to the doctor! Another Hispanic lady with black hair took over and gave me the ugliest attitude for asking questions, age was very rude and very unprofessional. I was very excited for my son, but i didn’t make it pass the waiting room! I’m so upset and I hope upper management talk to her about kindness and customer service. Definitely will not be going back or recommending it to anyone."
"I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Strickland is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Mrs. Bea (my hygienist) is a BLESSING and her bedside manner is incredible. I would recommend Gentle Dental - Magnolia to anyone who lives in the area."
"Had a crown fall off Christmas Eve and was able to get an apt 3 days later even though I wasn’t a patient. The dentist I saw (Dr Moody …..not sure of spelling) was very thorough, understanding of my financial situation and had a great sense of humor. Was able to repair the tooth instead of pushing for a more costly procedure. The staff were all very kind and professional and made me very comfortable. My apt was for 9am and I was seen within 5 minutes. Due to the unexpected decay, the procedure to remove the decay and rebuild the tooth took longer than expected but they never made me feel like they were rushing to get me out of the chair. I recommend the Magnolia office ."
"Great staff, always very friendly and nice in the office as well as over the phone. Dentist here are good at their job. I had a root canal a couple months ago and after the procedure that same day no pain or the following day. My only complaint is the scheduling department, and the only reason I am even saying anything negative is because it’s happen multiple times to me. Overall, I am very happy with this dental care and will continue to come back."
