"I think the dentist and assistant were very nice, but they gave us the tooth brushes used for visit and didnt rinse them off and just threw them in the bag. I think that's unsanitary and they could have done better. They also gave my son a girls tooth brush for his very 1st dentist appointment. They should have options for both genders. Timely wise they were very fast and the facility was clean."

"I have to admit, I wasn't sure the drive to Magnolia would be worth it. I lived in Willis on Lake Conroe, but at the time I couldn't schedule at the Conroe location. So now I live in Conroe and could change locations, but I am EXTREMELY pleased with the Magnolia location staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Tran is amazing. Between Dr Tran and his assistants, I feel very confident in my dental care."

"The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The wait at the office was minimal. The waiting room was amazing -- there was a kids corner with toys and activities and there was another area with a television (with a Roku that you can control) and complimentary coffee, water and snacks. The actual cleaning and dental work was done in a very professional manner and the quality of work was impeccable. I will definitely be returning!!"
