"I went in for an oil change on Friday, they convinced me to get a coolant replacement as well. They did not fill my coolant back up. I pulled into my driveway 20 minutes later and my car started overheating. The coolant reservoir was almost empty. I tried to call them, no one answered and the voice mailbox is full. I spent all day Saturday fixing their mistake, and making sure they didn't totally destroy my car. Never again in my life will I bring my car here. I'll gladly pay an actual car garage for an oil change from now on."

"While driving home my "change oil" message popped up. I remembered Take 5 in Rosenberg..I didn't have much time to waste. I pulled up to an open bay.. a man ( who I later found out was Dee, the manager) almost immediately walked up to me, asking what service I was there for. He also noticed my inspection was about due. I requested the oil change as well as the inspection. As your commercials indicate, I was in and out in no time. Dee interacted with me regarding what I wanted and needed today, while another man checked my fluids and filters. Great job."

"The guys were both very nice and professional. But, one of the wiper blades they sold me was leaving streaks. He tried installing 3 of them. He said I could come back later after they order some more. Overall, it was a good experience."
