"Staff takes time to listen and fully assess issues, making notes of any concerns or questions without criticism. They are able to prioritize items if need be, but consistently operate as if the customer's car was their own. Jason and his crew work diligently to return your vehicle promptly but communicate any delays or hold ups honestly. Clean waiting area, safe atmosphere, fair-upfront pricing, monitored area, and there is usually a candy dish at checkout to sweeten the deal! I am a repeat offender, I have been towed in, jumped off, and left for extensive work, inspected, worked on, oil changed, brakes done, and yet, my '03 Chevy truck is still running quite nicely.
