"Excellent service, very reasonable priced. I am beyond happy with the service I got at Shipley Automotive. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change online. A couple of days before my appointment I received a text to remind me of my appointment. When I brought my car in I was taken care of in a very timely manner. I feel they did the most thorough inspection of my vehicle, pictures included, that I've ever had. This was the first time didn't go to the dealer and I believe that Shipley Automotive did a far superior job than the dealer ever has. John took the time to call someone who specializes in Jeeps to look at something he was concerned about and he explained to me in great detail what his concern was. In the end everything was fine. I greatly appreciate the fact that he answered all of my questions was very professional and took his time with me. I have never felt this comfortable having work done on my car. "Extremely good experience. Thorough, helpful & very reasonably priced, especially for a European mechanic shop. This is not an "insert new part here" technician. John is an actual highly skilled mechanic with years of experience working on BMW & Mini. He's also willing to discuss his diagnosis with his customer, & explain things, without "talking down" to them. There's several Euro shops in town, but I highly recommend Shipley. They'll do you right. (Yes, I know my car is filthy. :-("
