"One of my guests rammed the AC against a low roof and it needed to be replaced. He called his buddy at B Easy and they did a HORRIBLE job on my AC install. Not only that, the they wanted to charge me to come out and look at their own work to repair it. It has been 3 months and 3 different techs and I am still having issues from their poor service."
"These guys are great. Took my used (new to me lol) camper out for the first time and when I plugged it in - no AC! Called these guys after tying to figure things out by myself and was greeted on the phone on a Sunday after hours and Brandon helped walk me through some things without even hesitation. We were unable to resolve the issue so he sent his tech Justin out the following morning to the RV park in Waller. When Justin came out he diligently problem solved and consulted with me until eventually we figured out the issue and got it running! These guys saved our vacation! Definitely would recommend! While out I asked for quotes for several other items and fully intend to get them to do the work. Excellent customer service all the way!"
