"So I came by to pick up an online order and I had to jump through so many hoops And my order wasn't correct or accurate and I had to go to another store to pick it up and then I come to this store and I had to deal with some more stuff that I felt like was not what I paid for and I'm super dissatisfied with it academy I feel like everybody that works there doesn't care for their job and it really shows and I completely understand that situation maybe they need to be paid more I think they'll be a bit happier It just sucks seeing it from the other side I don't even know if I want to buy shoes here anymore I will say though the restrooms were clean."
"I went I for a carabiner for a dog harness, but I could only find one that was too large. The lady at the front showed no interested helping me find the ones online that said ready for pickup. She said vaguely over there. It would be nice if they had people in the store who could help people find things"
"On Sunday evening, went to visit this store for shoes for me and my friend and he was looking for work boots These two guys employees helped look for the steel toe size 10 , very nice and very helpful. Went out of there way to find. Thanks so much. Then my friend tried the shoe on and happened to need 10 1/2 So this other Guy helped us and he was also so helpful and nice and went out of his way to help. We are so grateful that we receive this help. I wasn’t expecting to get such great help. I apologize for not remembering the name of the employee’s Between 3pm-5pm 12-03-23 These 3 Employees deserve a great Recognition. Thanks"
"The staff was amazing! They found the Old Country Grill I was looking for at 3 different stores. It was in their back storage. I was allowed to look at it, pay for it, and they loaded it in my truck. The other big name stores had not offered any help."
"Not ENOUGH registers open! 2 registers open with 20+ people in line. TERRIBLE. Come on! It's a busy Saturday. UPDATE: visited again on a busy Sunday and had no problems finding quality items and check out was SUPER fast. Appreciate you having an appropriate amount of registers open and customer support in place. Recommended."
