"Not sure how this business has as good of a rating as it does. They couldn’t even figure out an air leak on a truck that I still had to have my driver fix. I called them the night before to get a valve looked at that could possibly be the issue, they said they get right on it the next morning. I told them what I’ve done so far diagnosing the problem. They didn’t even try to diagnose problem, instead they changed a $350 valve for no reason, then messed up an airline in the process which I had to pay to replace. Issue not fixed, Matt scratching his head, they tell my driver to leave and they will call when back from lunch because they had other trucks to finish. Several hours later go by, no calls, no response to texts, no answering the phone and this was after I made the mistake of already paying them. Finally around 6pm they finally call, by then me and my driver already diagnosed the problem and was repairing it ourselves which was a totally different issue then what they were thinking. From what I’ve experienced, Alpha is just part changers that don’t know what they are doing and will just tell ya don’t know what to say along with Matt having an attitude. I expected better out of them but damn sure won’t be going back after this incident."
"Matt and the boys over at Alpha repair have been excellent to deal with, while most shops out in the Bakken are well overbooked with no option to squeeze you in, these guys make room for last minute breakdowns and calls and do it at an affordable price.
