"I would give them a higher rating because the dentist is amazing but I absolutely hate having to call in and deal with the front desk people. There are two people that are just extremely rude and will talk to you like you are stupid. God forbid you miss an appointment and have to call and reschedule. They will talk to you like you are dumb. If I could take my kids somewhere else I would but we are under contract with them for my daughter’s braces. So for now I’m stuck having to be talked down to for the next year. If you can find another great dentist with actual nice staff please save yourself the annoyance. It has also not been just me that has experienced this but also my husband and both my parents when they have had to take my daughter or son in for us."
"The office was able to fit my daughter in the schedule within 30 minutes. She had an emergency and we are so grateful for the prompt care. They did an amazing job and the service was great! Would highly recommend."

"This is a fantastic, very modern dentist office! Hygienist’s are very gentle and personable. Doctor Patel is quick and efficient. They make excellent recommendations on how best to take care my teeth and take my concern and feedback into consideration. It never feels like they are trying to ‘sell’ me on services I don’t need or have no interest in. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist."
"I had not been to a dentist since 2016 because I had a negative experience with my previous office, so I’m very happy to have our entire household under the care of Precision Smiles. My appointments have always started on time which is great. The care has been thorough and all of our concerns are addressed compassionately and professionally. My favorite thing is that we receive recommendations for treatment but the doctor is honest about the priority of each recommendation so I never feel pressured to do or spend anything that I’m not completely comfortable with."
