"Office is nice.. but was disappointed with fees that I normally didn't have to pay for cleanings.. then I didn't like how dentist is quick to draw up a $5,000 dental plan with out discussing it with me in detail... I'm like I'd like to keep my teeth not getting them pulled out or implants.. I went to other dentist who understood that... had work done there instead.. but that's my experience.. .Dr. Smith no need to reply or be apologetic.. just how it is"
"Not liking dentist, I was pleasantly surprised to be greater like a long time friend.( first visit). All staff ,and there seems to be alot. Lol. Are genuinely friendly and always smiling.
