"An employee had an issue with me checking out in the self checkout line, we were already at a register and she told us to go to the employee run register. I said we were ok and she said “well it’s 10 items or less” with a snotty attitude. I was upset with Target I was ready to leave on the spot. However, the lady Apple at the register was so nice and patient with me, I instead decided to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Ginny and Vickie (I believe was her name) and they were honestly the nicest people. Ginny, Vickie, and Apple are the reasons I love target. Their customer service was unmatched. I was so incredibly angry over 14 items being an issue (which I hadn’t counted until after, I thought it was 10) and was completely turned around by the care and patience of the management team. I am very impressed with Ginny and how she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you to the kind ladies at this location for making my night better and treating me with compassion."
"Probably one of the better Target’s I’ve been too. I prefer this one over the League City location. This one doesn’t seem so packed. It’s quiet and clean. Sometimes I do travel the extra miles to visit this location!"

"I usually enjoy shopping here.. I’ve given this store a lot of my business.. but the ugly old fat lady at the self checkouts has been very rude giving dirty looks to me for no reason at all.. greets everyone but me every time. It’s not enjoyable for me to go in there anymore, she’s down right rude. There’s no reason for that, as I’ve done nothing to her and I do not even know her, I just want a pleasant shopping experience and I haven’t been getting that lately. She doesn’t deserve her job acting like that."
"4 stars because it’s not a Walmart. Would be 5 stars if the prices were reasonable. Shelves were stocked and organized. My expectations of what a Target should look and feel like were met."
