Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Went in for a oil change for the Diesel Pick up . Pulled up I know my truck is a little more expensive to change the oil on . It has 13 quarts but I have never paid over $250 for a full service oil change . Fuel filters are always replaced . They cost about 85 bucks to change out at my normal place . So I wait about a hour in line . No rep came to the truck and gave me a price I get in they have no air filters ( the truck is a 2005 ) I get my oil changed and they change the fuel filters I get a bill for $465.00. I could not believe it . They changed me a $100 bucks for an extra oil charge on top of the normal price for a diesel oil change ? $145 bucks for fuel filters and the fact that they did not disclose the price just tells me how unethical this company is .They charged 25 dollars each on windshield wipers that cost $15.00 at Walmart . I mean the things are on hooks that change out in 10 seconds. These people are thieves. Don’t do business with them. You will wait over a hour to get your oil changed and their prices absolutely theft. You have been warned."

"I came today to get a Fuel filter change and inspection at 4pm and close at 5pm. The lines were super long, but they were communicating to the cars and reassuring they would be seem. My mechanic Harlin was very friendly, and made sure he explained EVERY step. Even went above and beyond to show me some features on my truck and replace a new part. I'm a fan of great customer service and you'll find it here! It should also be noted that this is TEXAS HEAT and he was giving A1 Service to EVERYONE. There's a Valvoline near me but this will be my "go to""

"Had an oil change here for the first time and had AMAZING customer service. Aiden and Jacob were very helpful and communicated with me through the whole process. Not bad pricing and when I called to make sure they could get me in, they gave me a coupon. Apparently their app also has coupons too so that’s cool. It was nice to be able to sit in my car and not have to go anywhere and the service was pretty quick compared to some other places I’ve been. I’ll definitely be going back."
