D-Town Tires

"Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed. I came to this establishment on Sunday 1/14/24 to have the 2 tires on my drivers side checked out because they had gone low. Upon arriving. I explained to them what the issue was and asked how much it would be to fix it. The guy told me that it’s $10 to patch a tire but if the hole is not patchable, then I would have to go elsewhere because they didnt carry my tire size. I said ok, that’s fine. I pulled into the garage and they proceeded to take off the 2 tires. The one on the driver's side was fine, it just needed air. But the back tire had a nail it that was removed and patched. After they placed my tires back on the car, I gave them my card to pay for the patched tire and they ran my card for $20. I asked the guy why did he charge me $20 when he only patched 1 tired. He stated that they took off the front tire so they charged me for that as well. At no point in the initial conversation was I informed that I would be charged for taking off the front tire even if there wasn’t a hole to be patched. Which I don’t mind paying for them to check my tire, but for them to charge me $10 and nothing was done to my tire is ridiculous. After going back and forth with the first guy, he called over another guy who then proceeded to tell me that “it’s too cold to be checking tires for free” as if that’s not their job. I will not be coming back to this establishment nor will I recommend anyone else to do so. They exercise unethical practices and charge you based of off how cold it is outside I guess."

"They were fine at first. I used dtown to change 3 of my tires. But then I went to get my tires balanced and rotated at discount tires and they told me one of the studs were placed incorrectly/forcibly which resulted in it being broken smh now I have to pay extra $$ to get it replaced There was also another time where they lost the tire cap for the same exact tire but then they gave me a replacement so I guess that’s fine."

"Good tire shop no lie and no fake paid review. They are fast and professional and very communicative about your vehicle. I was getting my new tires mounted and balanced and i had a bent in the rim I already knew about and they guy still called me over to show me the bend I had and let me know my balance wouldn’t be all the way accurate because of that which I knew BUT the fact the they even did that when most places wouldn’t makes me want to deal with them and possibly be my go to place for my tires jobs. I recommend them for sure"

"These guys will really work out in jail for you and they are flexible on how it can be done they are out the house as well as make a deal. So now we had a little incident while in town in the Dallas area and we needed a rim replaced as quickly as possible in order to get back on the road in order to go home. We worked out a deal and exchanged for the good rims of Ford F-150 we get some used aluminum rims that were all set and a new set of tires for about the same price as replacing One stock rim as a replacement that is unavailable to get in the area this time with the way shipping and covet is. All of this was accomplished within 1 hour and I made some great friends by talking to the clients that came in at the time thank you very much for your services!!!"
