"Dentist and hygienist were professional and knowledgeable; however, the front office/billing policies are atrocious! The office is a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield health and supplemental dental plans but they will not enact your secondary policy benefits at time of visit. You will have to pay out of pocket based solely on your primary and then wait for reimbursement. So even though my routine cleaning is 100% covered they made me essentially float them money until they bill my supplemental dental. They claim they will mail me a check to reimburse me. Seriously? I have had these policies for years and not one other provider anywhere has done this. Plus, my husband was there 3 weeks ago and they didn’t bill him for the exact same cleaning!!! How is this possible? This leaves little faith that any future (and more expensive) services I receive will be billed properly. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I guess wait patiently for my check…"

"I do not recommend if you want any personalized care or feel like nothing but a number. I have the hardest time getting a hold of the front desk each time a try to call. They seem super disorganized and whatever scheduling system they use seems super inefficient. Additionally, every single cleaning I have gone to, I always have a travel hygienist who rushes through my cleaning. I think my last cleaning lasted less than 15 mins and the one before was barely 20 mins. I don't have much to say about the doctors since I have barely had interactions with them. But the quality of cleanings is poor and disorganization of the dentist office is frustrating. I think they are either very overbooked or understaffed. Do not recommend. **Julie Kim is my maiden name. I have gone to Cross Timbers Dental 4x in 2023. I would appreciate it if the owners would focus their energy on improving the customer service experience rather than trying to discredit my honest review by saying I am not a patient here. I will not be returning to Cross Timbers again. Also, is it within HIPPA protocol to look up patients after receiving a negative review? -Julie Gray"

"Had a great experience with my teeth cleaning appt with Sahar! She was very kind and friendly. She also made sure I wasn’t in pain while she was cleaning which hasn’t always been my experience in the past. Very thankful!"

"I was referred there by the VA Community Care network. I had a cleaning and a couple of crowns done . Dr. Revering was great and the cleaning specialist very nice also. Unfortunately they changed their insurance specialist and I’ve been trying to get back in for my annual cleaning. I’ve left numerous messages for her to call me back and as of today no return call. I spoke with my VA Dentist and she told me a referral has never been requested! Very disappointed in the lack of response. I guess they no longer want the VA business. I will have to share this with the VA community care team so they can refer other veterans to a Dentist that welcomes them. I just got a call back and my appointment was scheduled immediately. I just had my exam and my teeth cleaned. Dr. Revering and his entire staff were incredible. I had to change my one star review to a five star."
