"Careful when going here for an inspection. If you have a license plate light bulb or wiper out, they will just do it WITHOUT asking if you want to change it or without event telling you what the cost would be. The don’t, they just do it and you will be charged for it on the back end. I just did my inspection on a 2022 pick up truck. I noticed my license light were out. I immediately asked them if I could just change them and come back and they replied, no we just do it here and AGAIN, without telling me the cost or even asking for my permission. Once done, I paid more for that than inspection. Go elsewhere. Dishonest kills me and yes, lose a customer"

"I’m disappointed that I took my car here for an inspection and shortly afterwards my car stopped working. I’ve taken my car to this place for years for inspection and no issues. It appears the technician took the intake housing hose top off and forgot to put it back on. We took the car back to the shop to report this, and the mechanic tries to charge us $100 to diagnose the problem? He could’ve simple traced his steps and remembered his error."
