"Run don't walk away from the this business! I asked if they are experienced in hybrid cars and they said yes but they lied. Had my car for 3 days And all John the liar could tell me was the car had many issues and he was still trying to diagnose them. Told me 12 Volt battery needed to be replaced and he had to fix fan that cools battery. Charged over $200 in labor to fix a fan that could have been bought brand new for $200. John said battery cost over $200 and he called AutoZone while I was there and they quoted price at $114. So he charges me over $700 to replace 12V battery and fix cooling fan just to tell me rest of work may cost several thousand dollars. An honest mechanic would give you a complete written estimate to fix issue before doing any work but not this mickey mouse shop. And if you want to pay by credit card there is an additional $20 fee. Totally unprofessional shop."
"This Place did more Damage to my Car than good. My Car now Veers to the Right when the Steering Wheel is Straight, and this Notice is STILL showing. Oh did I mention I was Charged almost $1,100"
