"Richard made my bad day into a worse one. My battery died at the gas station and I called his service to come jump the battery off. When he showed up he used a small jumper (it is a 6.2 liter V8) and when he told me to hit the start button it turned over a few times but didnt have enough juice. So, he told me he was going to get the larger jump box. Well, I didn't realize that he was going to hook the large jumper and the small jumper to my battery at the same time. The second that he did that my car locked me out from even trying to start it because it caused faults that needed to be cleared. Everyone makes mistakes, I can understand that. But I cant understand what happened next. He immediately told me that he had another call and had to leave and just tossed the jumpers in his car and then left without another word. I ended up having to have the car towed and I am still working on it 3 days later. The amount of unprofessional behavior that I experienced from this company is unfathomable. The lack of care almost caused me to miss my grandmother's funeral. A quick battery jump turned into an all day ordeal and cost me a LOT more money than it should have. They still charged me and I have to now pay the towing bills and the mechanic bills to get my car back going again. I dont leave many reviews, but if I can save anyone from the trouble this company put me through I feel like I have to tell my story."

"Our tire blew out on the side of a busy highway. No other roadside assistance business was getting back to us in a timely manner, but these guys gave us our quote while we were on the phone with them, and we were on the road again with a brand new tire 45 minutes after our phone call (we were 30 minutes from their store). We were totally satisfied and well taken care of! Would recommend to anyone in our similar situation."

Was promised 45-60 minutes and they delivered as said. Tech texted about 20 mins out and called just before arriving.
