"Reviews arent everything. Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a shop. I chose this shop based on reviews and proximity to my home. I told the very kind receptionist lady the issue with my vehicle (found coolant in the spark plug well, followed by a misfire code and a socket that got stuck on the same spark plug in question). She asked me to enter the contact info and vehicle issue on an iPad. Being that I told her the issue with my car I typed "Coolant found in spark plug well. Also socket stuck on spark plug". I drop my keys (Wed afternoon) and am told "make sure you get everything, because we leave the cars unlocked at night". I hear NOTHING all day Thursday. On Friday I call to check on the status of my vehicle and the man says "yeah your vehicle is ready to pick up. No explanation to what was done at all. Im not sure what was done and how much it was going to cost. I get there and had to wait an hour to get my car, because according to the mechanic "One person went to eat and the other was test driving my vehicle". When I get the invoice it says "Pull out socket" with a cost of $60.00. When I asked if the cause of the coolant had been found he left to "ask the mechanic" and comes back and says "I don't know". When asked if it had even been looked into, same answer. When asked why I hadn't received a phone call on the status of my vehicle, same answer. It took 20 minutes for them to then bring me my car, because he "had to move three other cars out of the way first". In the end the main issue was never looked into, but there was no communication on why."

"We had a great experience here when my alternator died. They got my car in quickly, diagnosed the problem, communicated the problem and estimate clearly, and got me up and running. Auto repair shops are definitely not a place you want to frequent, but it's great to know we found an excellent and honest repair shop when the need does arise."

"Just had my Lexus’ transmission (over 200k miles, and never changed fluid and started slipping - my bad and learned my lesson, too) replaced at Tony’s shop. Both my wife and I love how smooth the ride has become, well, back to how it used to perform as I remembered. Tony and his team have a streamlined process, and they also owned up to their words locating a qualified after-market suitable transmission, and did the work in a timely manner. Tony, Quyen, David, Mike, and James are all great folks! I highly recommend this place - check them out when you need car maintenances or have repair issues."

"Call this place to get some information on car repair... Talk to one person who was unsure whether they did head gasket replacement or not. I asked to speak with someone a little more knowledgeable. Spoke with the mechanic who shouted "bring the car in" and hung up on me!!! Why would I consider spending thousands of dollars at an establishment when they can't even have a three minute conversation??? Extremely rude customer service. Be careful with these guys"
