Sadly for the first time in almost a decade I had to do a same day reschedule because my son is home sick and I was told that there is a $50 cancellation fee for a variety of business reasons. I’ll be looking for another dentist office who hopefully understands that once every 10 years something can come up and that a client is worth more than $50 in the long run."
