"So I supposedly going to have my first appointment to this place, I seen people had given it 5 stars and it's impressive. My supposedly first visit was Saturday (September 02) when I had a medical emergency and couldn't make it at that very date at 0400 pm. I called the office to let them know and I was going to reschedule, whoever answered the phone was very rude and I can feel the agitation on her voice as she speaks.I didn't even get the chance to explain why I missed the appointments and she went blasting "oh yeah you missed your appointment today!" very rude. I even tried and call despite of still in the hospital to make things right since it's also my fault of not calling them right away why I didn't make it. But with that nasty attitude from this lady don't make me wanna go and just bring my money somewhere else who knows how to show respect to their clients."

"We have used HEB for years and been very appreciative of their excellent services. As you walk in, you are greeted at the front, welcomed to a beverage, comfortable seating, and current magazines or TV to relax your brain. My husband is less than fond of dentists and they consistently go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable before and during his dental services. Their staff are friendly, efficient, and excellent communicators. Any questions that we have, they go above and beyond to help us understand. When options are available, the provide and explain each to help us make a decision that is right for us. They work hard to make sure our insurance company pays their portion to simply the process. We love that they offer alternative hours to meet our crazy schedules. HEB Dental has a "customer first" heart for service and we feel so blessed to have them for our continued good dental health!"

"I was referred to HEB Dental Excellence in 2018 after my previous dentist retired & have received excellent care from Dr. Michael Wehrle and his staff since then. Dr. Wehrle is an amazing dentist - highly skilled, experienced, personable, & very passionate about his profession. He is proactive in identifying & addressing both existing & potential dental issues. For example, he removed my problematic wisdom teeth locally in the office, without requiring sedation & without pain during the procedure & afterward - something that a previous dental specialist didn't believe was possible. My hygienist Teri is terrific as well - very proficient, diligent, communicative, & caring. The office staff are always friendly, helpful, professional, & efficient. HEB Dental Excellence uses the latest dental technology & techniques, & offers a wide array of services for all ages. I highly recommend them for exceptional dental care."
