"“The worse experience ever” “I had a frustrating experience with Brookshire dentistry service. Despite having seven fillings done, I had to return for adjustments on four of them. Each time, I was charged again for what should have been a straightforward job. Additionally, instead of addressing the issue with the fillings, I was repeatedly told that the problem was due to the depth of the filling and that I might need a root canal, even with my front tooth that had a very small cavity. which seemed like an attempt to shift blame. The experience with my implant crown was equally disappointing. I had to come back several times for adjustments, and when it was finally completed, the doctor forgot to apply permanent cement. A few weeks later, the crown fell out, and I had to schedule another appointment. Despite being assured I wouldn’t be charged for the mistakes , they billed my insurance $205 for applying the cement, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Overall, I found the service to be inconsistent, financially exploitative, and lacking in transparency.”"

"Mrs.Trayce is Heaven sent. She is beyond amazing and caring. I went in for a basic cleaning and gained a guardian angel. I felt so comfortable after her positive reassurance. I'll be back to see her"

"When I came in for a basic cleaning, they tried to tell me that I needed over $5,000 worth of crowns ,fillings and a “deep cleaning” which if you ask literally any other dentist, isn’t even a real procedure. The only difference between a “deep cleaning” and a routine cleaning, is a millimeter deeper on the cleaning, which any decent dentist will do in all their routine cleanings. And since a “deep cleaning” isn’t a real procedure it is not covered by insurance so they are just trying to scam people out of money to pay for an unnecessary and fake procedure. DO NOT FALL FOR THE “DEEP CLEANING” SCAM. I went to two other dentists in the two week a following my appointment at Brookshire and they both told me that the only issue I have is grinding my teeth and brushing too hard."

"I take my 3 year old to see Dr. Sal for his routine visits. He loves to brush his teeth & have them brushed. Dr. Sal did a great job getting him comfortable and explaining what she was doing to him. He loved the teeth vitamins!"
