I had a very unprofessional situation with management at this location that took three weeks to be resolved but when the information was relayed to Mr. Sherill and Ms. Taylor, it only took a couple of hours for the situation to be resolved. "What a great place! Went by to get my truck inspected. Was greeted immediately and was told it would a slight wait. I waited 15 minutes, no problem. Met the Inspector, very professional young lady. Total inspection done in 20 minutes! Waited in the office. Very clean. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient ! I only go here to get my truck inspected. Kudos to the Team!"
"Dillon was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I started to take my vehicle to the Honda dealership but quickly realized that was a mistake so I took it here. I needed an oil change and although there was a wait, Dillion made that known and explained the process to me. His coworker was great too although I didn’t catch her name. I will definitely be back here going forward."
"I have had 2 oil changes here. The first was great. No wait, fair price, quick service. The last was not great. Stopped by 4 times before I could get an oil change. 1st time, the computer system was out. Next 2 times, it would be 45 minutes or more before I could get in. The last time, I got in quickly, but sat in the bay for 30 minutes or so before the oil change started, then it took forever. I bounce between doing my own and having someone else do it. I guess I'll do my own for a while."
