"Dr. Rudd doesn't stand by his work. I had a crown fail after 18 months and he wouldn't admit fault - even though minimum requirements through insurance are 5 years. An endodontist confirmed Dr. Rudd did a poor job sealing the crown and sent x-rays to confirm it. I now need $3500 worth of work that would not have been necessary if he got it right the first time. He offered nothing but more sloppy, overpriced work for himself."
