Today I had Xrays and a cleaning and met Dr. Blodgett. It turns out I had nothing to worry about it. He was very personable and thorough. The office staff and hygienist were great as always. The office continues to run very efficiently. They will continue to be my dental office of choice"

"The expertise of Dr. Hirsch seems to be very good. But I have been waiting for 4 weeks for some new crowns to go with my implants. No one checked with the provider of the crowns to see how the work was progressing. Now,4 weeks later, on the day I was to have them put in, they find out that the provider never received the order. Why didn't someone check on day 2 after sending them the order, whether my order had been received or not? It would have alleviated all the problems and I would have a brand new smile tonight. Instead, I have to wait another 3 weeks because someone was too lazy to call. It should be SOP. Heritage Dental will have to prove themselves to me now. Dr. Hirsch came highly re commended. However, the practice did not. I see why. There isn't the follow-through that there should be."

"My previous dentist was in Lewisville. They were good. The drive was about 45 minutes each way. When my wife had a health problem, I needed to be closer. Heritage Dental charged me for new X-rays. They reimbursed me once the x-rays from my previous dentist arrived by email. First, a brief exam with Dr. Hirsch. She recommended my wisdom teeth be gone. They have an oral surgeon, Dr. Shalev, who comes once a month. I scheduled a consultation with him later. After the X-ray and exam, I had a teeth cleaning. It was painless and thorough. My right upper wisdom tooth was restricting access for cleaning. This tooth is becoming an issue. Dr. Shalev presented a clear explanation of wisdom teeth extraction. My wife suggested another oral surgeon that she liked. It’s good to have a second opinion. My goal was to shorten my drive. It’s 5 minutes rather than 45 minutes. But Heritage Dental has a 5-star average rating out of 424 reviews. This is a lot of happy patients."
