"***My 1st & probably last visit*** I arrived prior to my 11:30am appt. and had to complete patient info, history, which I'd asked for the opportunity to complete it ahead of time but never received the link (okay not a big deal) I completed it. While completing the woman at the front desk (I believe was the manager) shared personal information verbally with another random patient while we were both in the waiting area. While her disposition was friendly and this was said in a joking manner, it was a violation of privacy. I just believe staff may need a refresher on HIPPA. I was called back by Kevin (who was totally professional, informative and efficient the entire time) then saw a super sweet hygienist who took her time, was quite friendly and explained everything she was doing and some more. After seeing her I was left waiting for the dentist for quite some time; to the point where I had to hop off the lifted exam table with the bib on to go see what the hold up was (my husband was in the waiting room and had a 2pm appt.to make). Kevin acknowledged me and told me they hadn't forgotten me. Dr. Patel eventually came to the room at 1:35pm (YES, it took him that long) and politely introduced himself while attempting to get my x-rays and notes up. I politely let him know that I'd been there since before 11:30 and will need to leave for another appt. He spent a few minutes trying to get the notes before calling Kevin for help. I'd at this point expressed that I needed to be leaving very soon. Dr. Patel started to seemingly rattle some the findings of the visit which confused me because he'd just said that the system was down and needed to restarted. I then expressed that this part of the visit now seemed rushed and not the most accurate as he doesn't have the complete note to discuss with me. I then suggested that he call me/set up a virtual visit or something to discuss the findings and he agreed. More than a month later I still haven't been contacted about my visit BUT they surely submitted the claim and got paid for services and a visit with the dentist (which didn't completely happen; he was in the room with me for 5 minutes at the most and didn't discuss findings or treatment). I'm in disbelief and disappointed, I will be contacting my insurance company about this experience. The only good parts about the visit was the dental assistant and hygienist. I understand that providers get off schedule at times but, privacy, communication, accountability, respect of other's time, apologies and following through goes a long way."

"I've been visiting this office for 14 years, and Dr. Sanders has been phenomenal to work. Most recently, I experienced an unexpected interaction with office staff members in regards to a dental procedure and I became concerned about the potential outcome. However, Dr. Sanders became aware of the issue and quickly addressed it by going above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate his establishment and his quick resolution, which confirms my decision as to why I chose him as my dentist. Thank you for the great work that you and your team of dentist perform. You create an environment when visiting the dentist becomes something that a patient looks forward to."

It was also nice to not feel pressured into any kind of treatment plan they were very clear on pricing, insurance and options. Best experience we have had at a dentist office. 10 out of 10!!!"

"Dr. Patel is the best! I actually scheduled an emergency appointment over night for a chipped tooth (on the website) and it was super easy and I was able to get in the next morning as a new patient. I’ve always hated the dentist and I try to avoid it as much as possible. Dr. Patel and staff made me feel comfortable and special. I’ve been back 3 times and love coming in. I don’t know why I waited so long. I’ve also been taking care of my teeth more in depth and I have invested into a new electric tooth brush and water flosser. Just because Dr. petal has inspired me to take my teeth and how important my teeth are. I’m bringing my husband in jan once his insurance kicks in. He’s excited to try out Dr Petal because I’ve been so pleased with all my experiences! Thank you for being awesome !!"
