"The best dental experience in the metroplex. Little did I ever expect to be leaving feedback for a dental visit, much less a positive review, but for the first time in my 70 plus years of dentist visits, this place deserves it and is worthy of every star. I developed an abscessed tooth and they worked me in the same day I called. Unfortunately the tooth was beyond repair, but they did an extraction and a bone graft in preparation for an implant in the near future. Two days later I feel great, very minimal discomfort, and I couldn't be more pleased. They walked me through each step and answered all my questions, putting me totally at ease. Their strength and reason for the many good reviews you see can be completely contributed to their first rate staff. Plus Dr. M is amazing! This is now the only place I trust my with my dental needs."

"The facility is lovely, the people are polite, and the staff is knowledgeable. However - the experience and service are incomplete and lacking if no aftercare is provided. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and was not treated with any medication afterwards. I was offered ibuprofen 800 as if I couldn’t be counted on to literally count out four ibuprofen on my own. It’s frustrating that because of an opioid epidemic that all patients are treated as medication seeking with the end result being miserable, swollen, and bleeding over 24 hours later. Untreated pain is untreated pain. It takes longer to heal when you are miserable - it’s proven. I was given a long term treatment plan for my teeth to keep them in the best shape possible which is going to be costly and the thing is - I’m going to get it all done somewhere else. I won’t return to a place that does not treat me and the entirety of my condition. This was a huge miss. I’m still maxing my Tylenol and ibuprofen as I was before my wisdom tooth extraction. So disappointing."
