"I've been MIA since covid. Had to make a visit for a recent chipped tooth with a fork. I came in to make an appointment and was booked for the next day. On the day of my appointment I was treated with care/respect and received great service. My tooth looks brand new!"

"Made an appointment online for a routine cleaning, as soon as i arrived the staff was very nice and welcoming. After doing the paperwork, i waited for 45 minutes to be called back. The Xray tech was one of my favorite people there! I was then called back to have my X-rays looked over with a lady who told me i had bone loss from early periodontal disease????? I’m 24 with no history or gingivitis or any pain or bleeding gums… (first red flag)… she then looked at my teeth calling out 3 numbers for each tooth saying 1.2.3 is the ones you want to hear and continued calling out 4 and 5… she then went over “early periodontal disease treatment” which consisted in shaving down my gums and injecting antibiotics….(second red flag)…. The dentist, Dr.Poquiz, then came back to look at my teeth and even stated herself “your teeth make my job easy” no cavities and no bite issues no plaque build up… She was so sweet and amazing… they then told me i could go wait in the waiting room, which i was confused because nobody cleaned my teeth or even rinsed my mouth they just looked at X-rays and counted them….. the front office lady calls me up to explain insurance benefits that $815 would need to be collected today to perform the cleaning and periodontal disease treatment (which was diagnosed by an xray…) and every 3 months i would need to come back in and pay $151… after looking at the breakdown it was outrageous prices ($78 for irrigation, washing the mouth out with water?!?) …. Ultimately everyone was nice but i really just wanted my teeth cleaned… needless to say i will not be returning…. Post appointment, I’ve heard from multiple people and multiple reviews Monarch is overcharging and a money hungry pit."

"I had such a great experience I was helped by the manager Christian , what a lovely and smart person . She took care of all my paperwork so fast , that little lady knows what she’s doing , let alone her professionalism as a manager was outstanding, if I was the owner of this company this is someone I seriously would consider to be at the top of the company , the dentist was another one who was amazing and went above and beyond . The whole team Of ladies they got here is Ace ! I definitely recommend this location , Mansfield and 287 !! Ask for Christian she will take care of you , I promise ! "So far so good! We're going in for a 2-year orthodontic treatment with Dr. Edwards. So far he's the one out of three orthodontists who's made me most comfortable with the procedure about to unfold as well as engaging my son who will receive the treatment. The initial wait in the waiting room was long but the staff were friendly and engaging."
