"Found Texas Auto One after a couple of other auto shops that my family and I have traditionally used didn’t answer their phones one day and GLAD WE DID! Sam was very accommodating from the start. We took my husbands truck up to their shop that evening after work. Sam hooked up his diagnostic tool told us what the problem was, gave us a pretty close estimate, and said we could bring it back the next day. When we picked the truck up Sam took the time to show us the part he replaced and explained what was wrong with it. He also replaced the floater with a genuine GM part so we have a warranty on it! Exceptional service! Very happy with Texas Auto One and will be back for sure. Price was reasonable and fair."
