"Horrible… the worst place I’ve done business with in Arlington. Take my truck in for an oil change. They over tighten the filter and crack the threads. I notice when I leave that it’s leaking. Go back to have them find the reason and they say it’s a cracked filter. They don’t have my part. So they order and say come back in the morning. After waiting an hour, I ask the owner how we make this right. I suggest, at least half of my money back for the time I had to wait, the mess the oil made in my driveway and at my work. He said, “sorry, mistakes happen.” I said, “and I guess that means I have to pay for it.” …. No return comment. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP."
"Do not trust them with anything. You think you're saving money just to have to turn around and get what they repaired, repaired again. I had my brakes done and they have not stopped with this horrendous high pitch screeching sound. Got all 4 tires replaced apparently 1 is not the right size for my car and has caused it to malfunction costing me extra $$$ never again."
"They gave me a raggedy used tire. I came back 3 times because my tire light was still on. I had to go to discount tire and pay $40 for the problem to be fixed, after already paying them $56. They over aired my tire to 68. My back right tire never got looked at after I asked, the son was too busy flirting! My tire had a nail in it. I only came because they opened up early. I would never come here again."
"Would not recommend this place to anyone. Got an oil change once here and they tightened the drain plug so tight that I almost stripped it the ext time I tried to change the oil. Took it back and they said it would be $20 to remove the bolt. . . $20 and the guy even admitted it was on way to tight. They definitely do not care about customer service. As when I was there someone was already complaining to manager."
