"Whoever Miguel is, should be fired says he’s an expert on being a mechanic. He must’ve got his diploma from the flea market because this guy for sure does not know what he is doing, when you try to point them out on the issue, they all gang up on you, which makes it even more suspicious of why you shouldn’t trust this mechanic shop “PERIOD”"

"These guys essentially totaled my girlfriend's car. Her check engine light came on, code suggested to replace the catalytic converter (put a pin in that one). We took it here and went home, light came back on. Took it here again and they replaced her mass airflow sensor. Months later we took it to the dealership (because they couldn't figure out what was wrong) and came to find out they crammed an aftermarket catalytic converter and mass airflow sensor into her car, and the cat actually did enough damage that to fix the car up for inspection, it would have cost upward of $5,000. We're about $2,000 into incremental, bogus repairs and looking at having to come up with a down payment for a new car now. Never coming back here again, and I would not risk trusting these guys with anything more than very basic routine repairs--in fact it sounds from some of these reviews like they have a rep for screwing up brake pad replacements too, so I wouldn't trust them with vital safety systems either."

"UPDATE: I went back 1 month later because the heat wasn’t working now and blowing cold air on the passenger side. The mechanic (same one that replaced the part - temperature actuator) looked at it and said the part wasn’t installed right and it was loose so he fixed it. The heat worked for about 10 mins while driving back and then it started blowing cold air again so I turned around and went back. When I got there the mechanic didn’t even open to see if maybe the part was loose again he just said it was my dash screen having electrical issues and that I will have to probably change the whole thing (which who knows how much would’ve cost). I thought it was weird that he didn’t check it again, maybe to see if it was loose again but I decided to trust them. I went without heat on the passenger side for a couple of months before I could finally get the car seen and get a second option. It turns out the actuator wasn’t in fact installed properly and it was loose causing it to make the noise and not let hot air come through. I’m disappointed with this mechanic because he would’ve had me replace the whole screen when he just didn’t do the job right from the beginning. The electric system in the screen is completely fine. Had a great experience here! My AC was blowing hot air, and it needed a little part to be replaced. The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t have the part at the store, but they ordered it and got it the same day. My AC works great now.Definitely recommend it for any car issues you have"

"Accurate and honest. Alfonso and the owner know their stuff. I'm so glad I stumbled into this business, after other mechanic shops nearby tried to scare and trick my wife or just didnt care about the urgency to fix my vehicle. I will be back here for any of my future maintinance needs!"

"I got an oil change done and the mechanic who worked on it didn't know what type of engine I have so he under filled the oil! My wife took it to service in again for a brake job but they didn't service the rotors for new brake pads This time I took it to service city for wheel hub and bearing and they over tighten the axle nut so now I need to replace the wheel bearing and cv axle from making a bad noise from the font end! I do not recommend the mechanic name Alfonso he is the worst mechanic I have ever dealt with! I have tried talking to him civilly and all he wanted to do was to fight me! I will be reporting this shop for scams"
