"I’ve seen reviews of no wait times and realized there’s a reason for that. Went for a state inspection, got nothing but attitude and rudeness from the inspector. Was told to back my car out by the cashier then got attitude from the inspector again. Saw this same person greet a customer asking for a state inspection. Customer said “is the inspector here today” the inspector said you’re looking at him. Im just a little blown away by how the pleasantries and politeness has left our society. Great example of that at this shop."

"Stopped at Personal Touch just down the street for a state inspection, the young kid there said something about not even being able to inspect it because of some brake leak which seemed off to me for reasons I won't go into (too long). I decided to get a second opinion and visited Kwik Kar and had my inspection done within 45 minutes (they were busy) and was very appreciative. Gentleman walked me through some things and made notes on my paperwork of suggestions to take care of in the near future (air filter, brake pads, etc.) Thanks for the excellent service."
