"Park Place Mercedes-Benz Arlington service center hands down is the worst service I've ever received. The first time I took my vehicle in for repair they didn't hook everything up properly so while on vacation it stopped running and I had to get it towed and was stuck without a car for almost the entire vacation. It had to be towed a second time this time to the Arlington service center they called and said they received it but sense they were closing it wouldn't be until tomorrow before they could tell us what was wrong. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't know what is going on with it or how long they will have to keep it for. We also asked for a loner car and still nothing. I can't believe this kind of service comes from Mercedes-Benz."

"What a pity that a Mercedes Benz car has so much problem and that the Mercedes dealer tells me that he has to talk to the Mercedes agency used to solve a problem that they sold me a car with a noise in the brakes after a week of having taken it out of dealer I will never want to get a car from that Mercedes dealer in Arlington again, lousy service from their salespeople. I do not recommend anyone to walk what happens to me."
