"Used them for 20 years. Service has gone downhill tremendously. I won’t be coming here anymore. Supposed to fix the nocking noise. He replaced the water pump and it cost me $640. Noise wasn’t fixed. Junior Tried to put the blame on me. I brought it in to fix the noise. They lied to me and said the noise was fixed. Picked it up, noise still there. I brought it back TWO more times. They ignored me about the noise. Kept my truck for a week. Never looked at it. I took my business to D and V Automotive. Lost $640!!!!!!! My parents used Jazz for 20 years. None of us will be using again."

You might not get our car for awhile but that's fine with me because these guys do great work for a great price and as many cars getting worked on when you drop your car off you should be expecting to to get your car back late. Will never take my car to a different Auto repair shop I'm 32 and have been coming here since I was 16 and now my whole family goes here. GREAT PLACE! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Maxx"
