"Our 2020 Honda Pilot had the A/C stop working. We took it in and within a few hours, they told us that we were in need for a new a/c compressor. They then told us this shouldn't happen to a vehicle this new and mileage. They told us that we should reach out to Honda and see if they would be able to do anything. Long story short Honda is doing a goodwill claim and instead of $2600 it will cost us $365. All the work is being done at the Honda dealership. Independent didn't charge us a single dollar and saved us over $2200. They are very honest and any additional work that will ever need to be done will be done with these guys."
