"THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT WINDOW FILM TO SIZE, they use a damn printer that leaves daylight showing through sides. Spoke with the owner and he did not have an urge to do anything to resolve the issue. Same thing for the shop in Irving. Update: Now I can see visible trash in my passenger side window. There is no reason why brand new tint should have trash behind NEW TINT FILM Poor quality control and craftsmanship"

"Had tint out on our car, the back window tint started to separate from the window so I took it to them while I was out at work, (I don't live near by) the gentleman said that I needed the receipt for warranty, (I don't keep receipts in my car) after much going back and forth he had another young man replace it, great right, NO, when I got home 30 minutes later, the new tint is worse than the first time. I've seen this business many times whenever I get to that area and thought I'd do business with them but his attitude about re-tinting and this new tint is worse than the first time I really don't think I would be doing business there again because I do have a truck and another car I need tint on."
