"Dr. Reddy and the staff's bedside manners are amazing. She is so compassionate and explained everything before starting my treatment. I didn't even feel the shot. I would give her and her team more stars if I could. Literally, going to her for dental treatment feels like a spa day in their amazing office. Highly recommend, I also saw overheard her deeply discounting treatment for a young family. She is one special Dr. with a good heart and gentle approach."
"This place is terrible. I had a terrible experience at the dentist as a kid so I have grown to be afraid of appointments. I needed a root canal and it has been extremely painful for me to say the least. The whole appointment Dr. Reddy is only asking about dental payment plans and yearly plan cleaning deals. Eventually her assistant comes in (who was clearly training) and aggressively puts the x ray thing right in my affected gum, with zero warning whatsoever. After this the dentist and the assistant argue about how she didn’t do the scans correctly (right in front of me) Finally Dr. Reddy comes back in after being interrupted with us about a hundred times. She examines my mouth and taps very hard on my affected molar once again with no warning. Finally we get the price and it’s nothing they quoted us over the phone it’s actually $2000 more than they quoted us over the phone. So if you have kids that are scared of dentists or any painful tooth problem do NOT bring your business here, they do NOT care about your pain or discomfort."
"Steer clear of this place, especially if you have children or someone whose afraid of the dentist. Rough with patients, assistant seemed untrained or very new to profession. Previous reviews do not reflect the service we received."
"Hands down The Worst dentist Ever!! Doesn’t even deserve one star. If you want a dentist who cares about their patients, this Is Not The Place! My husband has been waiting for his crowns for months. All the while dealing with temps coming out and temps breaking and the doctor does Nothing! He finally got one of his crowns and the doctor was in such a hurry to get out of the offfice, didn’t bother to take the time to set it properly and it fell out."
