"We went to Dr. Pickering last summer for a consultation for my youngest child. I was impressed that they took full X-rays and pictures and then sat down to discuss what our needs and options were. Dr. Pickering spent a lot of time with us and ultimately decided that a wait and see approach was indicated. I felt that he really cared about what was best for my child. The staff was super friendly and my son felt at ease and even enjoyed his visit. We have been back for 3 visits now in all and have not been charged anything for these consultations. I have already put two children through braces; and , although I do not have any real complaints about our prior orthodontist, I really am impressed by the professionalism and courtesy expressed by the entire staff. Dr. Pickering is also very involved in the community and donates a lot of time volunteering which means the world to me. I couldn't be happier with our choice to change orthodontists!"
