"The service is always great at Aspen but I would have appreciated it if someone left me a voice message about my appointment needing to be rescheduled. I am a teacher so I don’t answer unknown numbers. The email from your call center said “open urgent” which seemed like a spam email, I only learned of the issue one hour before my appointment which put me in a bind. The hygienist that was supposed to clean my teeth had an emergency which I understand but at that point, the office should have tried to make contact with me directly."

"The staff is great. The environment is somehow soothing. The tvs on the chairs are the perfect distraction. The dentist I saw was patient with my questions, and more thorough than any dentist I have been to. This was also the least painful post-extraction I have have ever had."

"My first visit was awesome! My second visit not good at all! Spent 45 minutes in waiting room and additional 30 minutes in dental chair! The first visit very caring and involved! Second visit was rushed! The Financial portion was so off from the first visit. Over 4 k different! No real explanation as to why! I questioned many times!"

"Dr Kang his assistant crystal and their receptionist Emily had excellent customer service. They were able to get me in same day for a tooth emergency during a vulnerable time and were so compassionate and understanding ! My permanent teeth came in two weeks later and they were able to get me in and out under 20 minutes!! Thank y’all for restoring my new smile! 10/10"
